Top Hat Halloween style Workshop
Come and create this fabulous Halloween or Gothic Top Hat.
You will be shown how to take a one size top hat and using Powertex and Recycled Fabrics and various elements turn it into your very own festival hat. I will lead you through the process step by step to add the fabric and embellishments. Finally the colouring process which is always the Wow! factor in Powertex.
Full Day 10:00am until 4/5pm.
It is recommended to colour this two or three days later it is safer so as not to disturb any elements
