This Tutorial is to make this Beautiful Naiad or Water Sprite, and is my latest figure sculpture
This is quite a challenging project so probably not suitable for an absolute beginner

Then how add the fabric and the Paper Decoration.
Finally I will show you how to add the colouring process which is always the Wow! factor in Powertex.
