Hare Large Stone Art Workshop

This is a Long day workshop 10:00am until 6:00pm and then 2/3 hours to colour at a later date. No less than 3 days and preferably a week this is because the clay is not dry enough to handle.

Approximately 12″ to 20″ tall.

This is one of my most popular workshops. No two creatures will ever be the same. Each one of these creatures takes on a character of its own.

I will lead you through the process step by step to create the armature then how to drape the stone art clay around the armature. Finally the colouring process which is always the Wow! factor in Powertex.

The Colouring is best done on a separate occasion it should take approximately 2/3 hours.

Please note if there are two or three of you it is possible to split the long day and create the armature in the 1st session approximately 3/4 hrs. Complete the stone art in the 2nd session approximately 3/4 hours and then do a 3rd session for the colouring if you prefer but this would not be possible on a weekend.

If you are not local it is possible to run this over two days with forced drying but would be slightly more expensive to allow for the extra energy costs £200 please contact me directly to book this option.
