This Workshop is 2/3 sessions
Come and make this Fabulous Flamingo Sculpture approximate height 37cm
This is quite a challenging project so probably not suitable for an absolute beginner
It is also best done in 3 stages
Day one create the armature and add the clay neck,head, legs and beak – approx 4/5 hours – allow at least a day to dry before the 2nd session
Day 2 Add all the feathers – approx 4/5 hours – allow at least 2 days before booking the colouring session
Day 3 colour the sculpture – approx 3 hours
In the workshops I will lead you through the process step by step to create the armature
Then how to add the neck, head, beak, eye and flesh out the legs with Stone Art Clay
Then I show you how to make the Beak features using Stone Art Clay
Then how add the material and feathers.Â
Finally I will show you how to add the colouring process which is always the Wow! factor in Powertex.
