Booking Terms
In order not to disappoint people I do need to take a deposit for your booking in order to secure your date and place.
£10 to £25 is a standard deposit. Please email me for my bank details unless you have already been sent a booking form. Alternatively you can pay your deposit on the website see end of “on request workshops” or on the phone by card.
As there are only four places on any workshop they sell out very quickly particularly on the weekends.
If you have not paid in full when you booked, the Balance can be paid 7 days before the workshop. I will send a reminder – you may pay by bank transfer 3 days before, or by cash on the day. Please advise in advance which method you wish to use.
Cancellations or Refunds Policy
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances, we may consider issuing a refund at our discretion. Any approved refund may be reduced to cover non-recoverable payment processing fees. Please give as much notice as possible if you cannot attend, there may be people on a waiting list. Thank You.
Please be aware I cannot offer a Saturday or Sunday for a single person unless you are paying for a one to one session
Workshops booked Monday to Friday as a one to one session needs to be to the value of £99 or above.
If regretfully, for any reason I need to cancel – I will give another opportunity for the workshop on another date to suit us all. Sometimes this happens if I only have two people booked for a workshop and one goes sick, it is just not viable to run a workshop for one person unless it is an all day one to one workshop.
Please ensure I always have a contact number for you when you are booking a workshop just in case of emergency or last minute changes.
